Our Outback finally has the latest software update. Most notable is the availability of quick buttons for Auto Vehicle Hold (AVH) and Auto Start Stop (A). No more digging in the menu for these important features.

I replaced the stock exhaust with Borla's Axle-Back Exhaust System S-Type (11967) . I can confirm that sound is a bit more aggressive especially at cold start and at 3,000+ rpm. Packaging - Stock exhaust - Borla unit (task took about 20 minutes from removal of stock unit and installation of the Borla unit) - Cold start video - Crackling at high revs (no crackling with stock exhaust) -

I installed a sump guard plate and CVT guard plate over the weekend... 1) Prepping (sanding, prime etching) 2) Coating 3) Plastic cover to be removed 4) Plastic cover removed 5) Brackets for the CVT guard plate 6) Install done! Bash plates from Road Less Travelled (contactable via Facebook).

Installed this yesterday. Took me maybe around 15 minutes. Spent 13 mins figuring out and installing the 1st piece (RHS) and, after that, took me just 2 minutes to install the LHS piece. RHS photos:
