My Keen Hiking shoe has now racked up close to 500km since 3 years from purchase. I reckon almost 400km was spent on various trails in Blue Mountains NSW. So I bought a backup hiking shoe which is a Salomon pair. I chose this particular Salomon model due to positive reviews. This boot is really light. I can't wait to break this in. Our Outback finally has the latest software update. Most notable is the availability of quick buttons for Auto Vehicle Hold (AVH) and Auto Start Stop (A). No more digging in the menu for these important features.

The new game, Starfield , is the first game that crashes my PC all the time. It seemed to suck out all 850W of my PC's PSU.  Well, Starfield is still buggy and un-optimised but as my RTX 4090 is recommended to have a 1000W PSU, I got the itch and upgraded PSU to  be quiet! PURE POWER 12 M 1200W . Installation was a breeze. I run 3DMark again and here's the latest score so connections seem to be all good (eg no unintentional cable disconnection): Hopefully, no more crashes when playing with Starfield in ultra settings.   Score was 25036 about a year ago so probably just need some system tweaking, if I can be bothered.

We recently took an offer for a free FTTP (Fibre to the Premises) upgrade by Aussie Broadband (250/20 plan). Installation was a breeze. Sample Speedtest result:

I installed this today. It took me almost 4 hours as existing setup is not 100% compatible. Happy with the result but, boy, I'm knackered!

I pre-ordered this last year at EBGames and finally I got it during its release last Feb 22, 2023: Way much better than PSVR1! I can't wait to train my VR 'legs' as I still get nauseous :-)

Again, installation was a no-brainer. Now, cargo area is fully protected.

Received this today so I installed it and it literally took less than 2 minutes.
